More than 40 eager students from local schools attended the energetic workshop to learn the latest Level 1 Sport Aerobics routines and skills.
The day was led by Kerryn Cormick, Liz Lyons and Carolyn Warren.
Schools who participated included Moreton Bay College, Mt St Michaels School, Tallebudgera, Rockhampton Grammar School and Brisbane Girls Grammar School.
